VETERAN HOUSING STABILIZATION PROGRAM
The SAGI Veteran Housing Stabilization Program provides a structured, community-based housing option for Veterans experiencing housing instability or Veterans who need a stable housing environment while working toward greater independence. SAGI coordinates individualized housing stability planning and connections to Veteran and community resources based on each resident’s needs and goals.
RE-ENTRY HOUSING STABILIZATION PROGRAM
The SAGI Re-Entry Housing Stabilization Program provides structured housing opportunities for adults returning to or stabilizing in the community following incarceration or justice-system involvement. SAGI supports residents in developing individualized housing stability goals and connecting with employment, transportation, identification and documentation assistance, financial education, benefits, healthcare, basic-needs resources, and long-term housing resources when appropriate.
